Scholarship Program

The Scholarship Program was established to promote personal development, attendance improvement, continuous growth, and success through education.  It provides scholarships annually to deserving students who have worked closely with a Pupil Services and Attendance Counselor to achieve their goals.

ELIGIBILITY
All applicants must be sponsored by an active APSAC Full Membership holder in good standing.  Each application form specifies all paperwork requirements as well as their timeline.

AWARD CRITERIA
Recipients of the scholarships are chosen through a process that evaluates the following areas: PSA Counselor and student involvement; the work they put together to help the student overcome issues that prevented their academic success earlier on (40 Points), Essay Quality (30 Points), Attendance Improvement, Grade Point Average, and Community/School Involvement (30 Points).

APSAC Board Members will annually determine the number of scholarships to be given as funding warrants. The Board will share these results at the Full Membership meeting on May 17, 2023.
